Facilities Management & Civic Affairs provides a supportive and efficient operation of services that will enhance the University’s physical environment and activities, assist departments in achieving their goals, and initiate improved processes in response to the University’s fiscal and strategic goals.
This division also directs the real estate interests of the University and in cooperation with the City of St. Louis’ plans for development, maximizes the property and the resources that will benefit the University and enhance the overall operational capabilities in conjunction with our strategic and fiscal goals.
